I’m Dise, a Geechee two headed doctor born and raised in the lowcountry sea islands of Georgia. I grew up rootworking alongside my elders and watching them practice and use their gift of rootwork and healing to help the community. I was called to follow in my grandmothers footsteps, help the community heal, over come, be protected, and get justice. I started my conjure shop in remembrance of my ancestor who also had healing shop. I have been practicing for the community for 6 years and for myself since a child. I was taught simple remedies for healing using what we had in the lowcountry. So much love to my Granny Mary, My Granny Mary, Uncle J for your wisdom & guidance.
