Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If your order is late we do apologize, for we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders! Please check our Instagram story for daily updates !

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location and shipping method selected.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Conjure Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Conjure Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
