Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Spiritual and metaphysical items are sold as curios only. Results are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on outcomes, interpretations, or personal expectations.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered.

All that files wrongful chargebacks will be handled spiritually. Please be respectful of me and my spirits!
