Join our Atlanta-based Doll Haus studio. We're seeking passionate craftspeople to help create ritual tools, Fulfill sacred orders, and grow our premium conjure community through meaningful work and shared practice.
Packing Assistant:
Every ConjureDollHaus order carries intention from the moment it's made to the moment it lands in someone's hands. We're seeking a Packaging Assistant to help carry that intention through someone who understands that how a piece is packed is part of the work, not separate from it.
This role is about care and consistency: preparing each order with the same attention we bring to everything we create, so that what arrives at someone's door feels considered, not rushed. You'll be a steady hand in that final step the one that makes sure the energy put into each product isn't lost in how it travels.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11AM–3PM (part-time)
In-person role: Atlanta Location
We're seeking someone who:
- Brings presence and reliability to their work, showing up fully each time
- Understands that small details are sacred, not just procedural
- Can hold a standard consistently, with steadiness rather than needing to be reminded
- Finds meaning in quiet, repetitive, hands-on work
If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you.
Product Fulfillment Assistant:
Behind every bottle we send out is a process of care —filling and preparing each piece so it's ready to carry its purpose forward. We're seeking a Product Fulfillment Assistant to help hold that process steady, keeping our products filled, our stock in right relationship with demand, and everything ready before it's needed.
This role asks for more than steady hands, it asks for someone who can hold responsibility on their own, noticing what's running low before it becomes a problem, and keeping the flow of our work uninterrupted. You'll be trusted to manage that rhythm independently, so nothing here ever runs dry at the wrong moment.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday,
(part-time)
In-person role: Atlanta Location
We're seeking someone who:
- Works independently and takes ownership without needing to be told
- Notices what needs attention before being asked
- Brings precision to filling and measuring, every time
- Can hold a steady rhythm of stock and supply, keeping things in balance
If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you.
